Lorraine Auton
Norfolk Wildlife Artist
Lorraine Auton
I am a Norfolk artist, specialising in studies of nature and wildlife. I work mostly with acrylic. Since moving to the Norfolk Broads I have found inspiration in the unique natural environment of the area. It is my aim to try to capture the realistic form of the wildlife I observe.
I aim to portray atmosphere and capture movement in my work.
I run classes and workshops from The Studio Above and provide private art tuition from £15 per hour.
The Wall Street Journal
Lorraine features as part of an article published in May 2021 about the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and why people, particularly artists, are drawn to the region.
The article was written by Ruth Bloomfield.
